AUGUST Journey Through the Highlands' Photographic Exhibition

Bou-saada Vineyard is hosting an exhibition featuring favourite views & places in the Southern Highlands by photographer, Anne Jordan who has a long association with the area. Affordably priced, these photographs will be treasures for visitors and locals alike. The exhibition runs to the end of June. Come and view Anne's images and take the time to taste Bou-saada's newly released 2007 Merlot/Cabernet Franc, 2007 Pinot Noir & 2007 Fume Blanc and pick up some bargains with end-of-vintage wines on sale. To accompany the wine, enjoy lunch by the cosiness of the wood fire and unwind in this most beautiful setting while enjoying a truly unique Southern Highlands experience. Tulip Time Food & Wine Festival - Corbett Gardens, Bowral

While your visiting Corbett Gardens to see the tulips, stop by the Bou-saada stall where you can try some of our wines and talk to our staff. We will also have proteas from our vineyard for sale during the weekend.

Visit Bou-saada Winery where the owners have planted a 2 acre Protea crop as an adjunct to their successful wine business. Six different Protea varieties are sold as cut flowers to the Sydney markets and local outlets, making it a profitable sideline to the business. Leucadendrens have been used in landscaping the beautiful Australian contemporary design cellar door. Come and learn about Protea growing and enjoy a wine tasting afterwards. Light lunches of local produce platters are available as well as Devonshire Teas using produce from Cuttaway Creek Raspberry Farm.
