Bou-saada Vineyard & Wines

Bou-saada is a 100 acre property situtated in the cool climate wine region of the Southern Highlands. It is home to a 13 acre vineyard which began with plantings of Sauvignon Blanc vines in 1997 followed by Merlot, Chardonnay and Riesling in 1998. In 2001, a further 7 acres were prepared for planting out in 2002 adding Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Cabernet Franc.

The mixed variety vineyard enables Bou-saada to produce a wide-range of exclusive wines from their own grapes.
