2004 MERLOT
This wine exhibits dark berries, cassis and spices on the nose reminiscent of Christmas cake. Similar characters follow onto the palate with fine yet powerful tannins. A very typical cool climate merlot, elegant yet intense. Should develop well for the next 5 years.

2005 HIGH RANGE RED
Estate grown merlot, cabernet franc, tempranillo and pinot noir are combined to create this interesting blend. Intense Christmas cake fruit characters with spicy overtones are evident on the nose of this interesting blend of wines. Darker fruit characters flow on to the palate with notes of aniseed and vanilla.

2007 MERLOT/ Cabernet Franc
The introduction of a small amount of cabernet franc with this merlot has contributed to producing a wine of deep plum in colour with aromas of dark berries. These flavours flow onto the palate while the mouthfeel is soft and velvety. A wine which will develop for the next 5 yrs and certainly to be enjoyed with your favourite roast.

2008 ROSE
Made from Merlot grapes, bright red fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry and boysenberry abound in this medium bodied, moderate acidity Rose. These fruit flavours persist onto the palate. This is a dry Rose with high flavour, ideally served chilled with pasta, antipasti or light smoked salmon dishes.
