Angie's favourite recipes using Bou-saada Verjuice.

WHITE PEACHES POACHED IN VERJUICE
Pour enough verjuice in pan to cover peaches.
Add brown sugar and half a cinnamon stick.
Place peeled & halved white peaches in pan.
And warm through (between 5 & 10 mins).
Remove peaches, reduce liquid then pour over peaches.
Serve with dollop of marscapone in each half.
Delicious!

Vary the recipe above for pears using your own favourite spices.


VERJUICE MARINADE
Add your favourite spices or herbs to verjuice to marinate chicken, beef, lamb or pork. Verjuice softens and flavours the meat and makes it easy to bbq or bake.

SALAD DRESSING
Verjuice can be used in place of vinegar to vary dressing flavours.

FISH
Poaching fish in verjuice is easy and healthy.

STIR FRIES
Add verjuice when extra liquid is required adds flavour.

SAUCES & GRAVY
Verjuice is ideal for adding flavour. Try pouring verjuice over roasting lamb. It adds wonderful flavour to your gravy.
Verjuice is unfermented grape juice and can be used as a healthy alternative to butter or oil. Keep refrigerated after opening.
