Lovely pale straw in colour with aromas of honey, apricot and mandarin, this wine explodes onto the palate combining these flavours. The mouthfeel is deliciously creamy but light as a result of the lees stirring and nine months in french oak. The flavours blend beautifully together to linger on the palate creating a mid to long finish. Ideal to cellar.

Asparagus, herbs, green fruits with slight tropical and smoky notes are evident on the nose of this wine. There is palate richness with persistent citrus, grassy, herbal, smoky and passionfruit flavours. The finish is dry resembling a Loire Sancerre in style.
