Cradled in the high ranges above Mittagong one hour from Sydney, Bou-saada's family run vineyard offers cool climate wines from grapes grown only on the property. Use of local timbers dominate the environmentally sensitive, Australian contemporary design cellar, where a casual vintner's lunch can be enjoyed by the fire or overlooking the vineyard.
