This lovely perfumed and plum coloured wine has been made from hand picked Merlot grapes with the palate displaying flavours of raspberry and herbs. The mouthfeel is silky with a surprising spicy finish of mid length. Wonderful with slow-cooked lamb, ready to fall off the bone.
