This verjuice has been made from a light pressing of semi-ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and is non-alcoholic.

Verjuice is high in natural acidity and has a beautiful fruity flavour. It can be used in cooking as an alternative to vinegar or lemon juice and is perfect for poaching fruit, chicken and fish. It can also be used as a light salad dressing.
